Chris and the entire staff at CBI Unlimited are absolutely world class. From customer service and communication to the service department and actual shop work, everything was top-notch. Chris took my new GMC Sierra AT4 into his shop after another shop failed to install a leveling kit and air shocks correctly. He never once asked who did the previous work or tried to run another shop down. Instead, he simply looked at what had been done and focused on solutions. Because this truck has a different suspension setup, Chris explained that as long as I was okay with him investigating and exploring the best approach, he would figure it out and do it the right way. He guaranteed I would be happy — and he delivered. He made a believer out of me. CBI also replaced the CV axles and front diff on my 2022 CanAm Defender Max HD10. CBI only charged me for the actual shop time they had in the truck and SXS, not what the book said they could charge. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CBI Unlimited to anyone.
